Goal Finish Time
Inspired by a friend, I
started running in late 2007. I raced my first 10K at
OH in 2008, and soon followed with my first
13.1 at 2008 St. Jude's Marathon in
Memphis, TN and then my first 42.1K in 2009 at Cleveland, OH
celebrating my 40th birthday.
I have logged over 5000
miles, ran 2 x 13.1, 6 x 26.2 and 1 x 50K.
My best half (2:02) and full
(4:40) were recorded at my last home in
Currently I live in Elk Grove, CA
with my family and work as a Usability Consultant.
I lead the 11:30 half
marathon and marathon training pace group at SacFit,
this is my second season with SacFit.
I am a Scott Jurek Fan and
dream to run a 50 miles before I turn 50.
